A message for all of us, for all those times when we feel like we are never enough, when we believe we constantly have to prove something, to have more, to reach new goals, to create something new and different. Almost as if our existence needed to be continuously validated, as if we had to justify our presence on this earth.

I believe it is important to become aware of a simple yet profound truth: life loves us far more than we often manage to love life itself.

It shows us this every day, in every little thing. A little water, a blooming plant, a star-filled sky, these are enough to remind us that everything already has meaning.

Nothing else is needed. It is all already here.

Un messaggio per tutti noi, per tutte quelle volte in cui ci sentiamo di non essere mai abbastanza, in cui pensiamo di dover continuamente dimostrare qualcosa, di dover avere sempre di più, raggiungere nuovi traguardi, realizzare qualcosa di diverso, quasi come se la nostra esistenza avesse bisogno di essere costantemente validata, come se dovessimo giustificare la nostra presenza su questa terra.

Credo sia importante prendere coscienza di una verità semplice ma profonda: la vita ci ama molto più di quanto, spesso, noi riusciamo ad amare lei.

Ce lo dimostra ogni giorno, in ogni piccola cosa. Basta un po’ d’acqua, una pianta che fiorisce, il cielo stellato, per ricordarci che tutto ha già un senso.

Non serve altro. È già tutto qui.
